Depression is horrible - in whatever form you can experiment. One might think that something that feels so bad that you drive to do anything to get rid of him. You know-as a harmful substance that accidentally eat and then get violent spasms to vomit.

You might see your doctor for an anti-depressant or your local therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. You start exercising. You go out into the sunlight. You change your diet. You learn to meditate and develop a conscious approach to life. You take some nutritional supplements as 5HTP or St. John’s Wort.
